My name is Lilly and I am a multimedia Artist and film maker, living and working somewhere between Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.

My journey began in Aachen (GER), where I enrolled in an advanced course in the Arts, which served as a baseline for my pursuit of further artistic research.​

In 2020 I enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice (IT), where I earned my bachelors degree summa cum laude in Multimedia Arts (NTA) in October of 2023. It was during this three year period that I began to uncover my interests within the domains of art installation, photography and videography. 

My path so far has been heavily influenced by my exposure to the realm of theater therapy. During multiple internships I discovered the societal impact within theater and its ability to shape our lives. During a work experience at the Brave New Work Arthouse Production Company, I learned more about how to translate this sentiment to the screen. This has since become a driving force behind my artistic pursuits.

Currently, I am enrolled at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam (NL), pursuing a Master's degree in Lens based Media Design.

My goal moving forward is to bridge the gap between art and society, making them an integral part of our daily lives. I believe in the transformative potential of theater and moving images, as they enable us to engage with ourselves on a much deeper level. The fusion of art and its therapeutic and societal benefits serve as the foundation of my artistic endeavors, allowing me to hopefully contribute to a slightly more harmonious and interconnected society.
