Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't
Short film, 5 min, 2020
'Are you feeling happy in life?' was the apparently simple question of an interviewer in 1962 to the woman in front of him. Her response:

This work, combines audio footage of Marylin Monroe's last interviews, through which she narrates us through her tumultuous upbringing, sexual abuse and her experience as a woman in a male dominated industry. We follow her throughout her story, accompanied by an alter ego.
This first venture into the realm of video art left an important mark on my journey. Despite occasional technical errors, this video holds considerable significance in the development of my later works. It introduced stylistic elements that have become recurrent — themes centered around the female experience, experimental audio and a subtle undercurrent of the macabre.
